Terms & Conditions

1. Orders
All orders require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice. Orders placed with less than 48 hours notice are subject to availability and may not be fulfilled.
Orders are confirmed via email. An order is not final until you receive a confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any order.
Minimum order is one box (The Morning Mix, 6 pieces). There is no maximum, but orders exceeding 10 boxes require 5 business days notice.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable sales or meals tax, which will be added to your total.
Payment is due at time of delivery unless a recurring billing arrangement has been made. We accept Venmo, Zelle, credit card (via Square), and cash.
For recurring weekly orders, invoices are sent on Fridays and are due within 15 days.
3. Delivery
We deliver Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Specific delivery time requests are accommodated when possible but not guaranteed.
Delivery is free within 10 miles of Boston. Orders outside this radius may be subject to a delivery fee, which will be communicated before confirmation.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information including building access instructions. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, locked buildings, or unavailable recipients.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will leave the order in the designated location per your instructions. Jen's Sweets is not responsible for orders left unattended after delivery.
4. Cancellations & Changes
Orders may be cancelled or modified at no charge with at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled delivery date.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, as ingredients will have already been purchased and preparation may have begun.
Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your order due to a quality issue, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@jenssweets.com. We will offer a replacement delivery or full refund at our discretion.
Refunds are not available for orders that were delivered as confirmed and on time.
6. Allergens & Dietary
Our products are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from allergens.
If you have severe allergies, please disclose them when ordering. We will do our best to accommodate dietary needs, but we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
It is the customer's responsibility to communicate all allergies and dietary restrictions at the time of ordering. Jen's Sweets is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies.
7. Food Safety
All products are baked fresh the morning of delivery and are intended for same-day consumption. We are not responsible for product quality or safety after the day of delivery.
Our kitchen follows all applicable Massachusetts food safety regulations. Food handler certifications and applicable permits are maintained and current.
8. Sample Boxes
Complimentary sample boxes are available for first-time corporate customers at our discretion. Sample box offers are limited to one per company and are subject to our delivery area.
Acceptance of a sample box does not obligate you to place future orders.
9. Limitation of Liability
Jen's Sweets is a small bakery business. Our total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued ordering after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
